The Senior Bill of Rights Petition

We, the undersigned, petition for the following:

Item (1): We demand that current Social Security and Medicare levels BE GUARANTEED BY LAW — and BE EXEMPT from CUTS.

Item (2): The annual Social Security Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) should be fair and accurate and BE GUARANTEED BY LAW!

Item (3): Social Security and Medicare should BE EXEMPT from Means Testing.

Item (4): Notch Reform should be passed IMMEDIATELY!

Item (5): The Government should STOP BORROWING from the Social Security Trust Fund to pay for wasteful pork barrel projects.

Item (6): Congress should repay the more than $2.1 trillion debt that threatens the future of the Social Security Trust Fund.

Item (7): I demand that immigrants from ANY country be prohibited from receiving Social Security benefits for illegally performed work under any "totalization" treaty.
